Carn Mor, Isle of Colonsay Terms & Conditions

 

We ask for a 25% deposit when making a reservation, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. By paying the deposit you have accepted our terms and conditions. We do not send out reminders regarding the balancing payment, but we do not cancel confirmed reservations without contact. Failure to pay the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival will be deemed to be breach of our contract. We shall advertise the week as available to endeavour to mitigate our loss but reserve the right to seek to recover any loss from you.
 

Cancellations: as soon as a deposit is paid you are committed to pay in full for the accommodation reserved, with any balance due to be paid 8 weeks before the start of the reservation. The deposit booking is non-refundable. We very strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance. If you choose not to do so, you will remain liable to meet the entire cost of the booking.
 

Carn Mor is let exclusively for holiday purposes, and the lead guest is responsible for the good conduct of all members of the party. We expect Carn Mor to be left clean and tidy on departure, just as you found it, and we reserve the right to charge a minimum of £50 if the property is left unclean on departure. Any breakages must be paid for. We allow 1 dog per property by prior approval. The cost is £25. The dog must not be permitted onto beds or sofas. We provide a dog bed and a dog food bowl and water bowl. All our properties are non-smoking.
