• Deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
•  Good housekeeping deposit of £100 is required.
•  Electricity and WIFI included in the cost.
•  Changeover day is Friday but some flexibility may be available out of high season.
•  Cancellation policy as follows:-
  The balance must be received 8 weeks prior to the period booked. Bookings cancelled after this time will be charged at full rental .We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance as the deposit and the balance once paid are non refundable.
